GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS of yellowtails
1. General Informations

The Service Provider offers premium canine behaviour therapy, positive reinforcement (R+) training, Fear-Free obedience training, stress-free and therapeutic pet sitting, as well as related consulting, training support, and online consultations in Hungary and internationally.

Services are provided exclusively at the Client’s home or online.
2. Professional Guidelines

The Service Provider applies only scientifically grounded, internationally validated, animal welfare-compliant techniques (LIMA, Fear-Free, R+).

The use of tools that cause pain, discomfort, or pose a risk of injury is strictly prohibited.

All therapeutic plans are tailored individually to the needs of each dog.
3. Services
-
Behaviour therapy, obedience training, pet sitting, dog walking, enrichment, socialisation, stress management, anxiety relief, online consultation, training support, advice, senior care tips, care for dogs with special needs, therapeutic walks, preparation for vet/groomer visits, etc.
4. Booking and Payment

Services can be booked via email or online form.

For pet sitting services of 3 days or more (i.e. longer than 36 hours), a deposit is required to finalise the booking, as follows:

1 hour – 2 days (consecutive days): No deposit required.

3 – 7 days (consecutive days): 25% of the total service fee as a deposit, payable within 24 hours of booking.

1 – 4 weeks (consecutive days): 30% of the total service fee as a deposit, payable within 24 hours of booking.

4 – 8+ weeks (consecutive days): 40% of the total service fee as a deposit, payable within 24 hours of booking.

The arrival of the deposit is a prerequisite for finalising the booking.
Important notice regarding the deposit:
Meeting the payment deadline is essential for securing your service appointment. If the deposit does not arrive within the specified deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment or make it available to other clients. For smooth and uninterrupted administration, please ensure the deposit is paid by the specified deadline.

Service fees are to be settled via bank transfer; payment details will be sent by email.
5. Cancellation Terms and Fees
The following cancellation terms apply to all of my premium services, including Fear-Free training, pet sitting, behavioral therapy, obedience training, and all other services listed on my website www.yellowtails.co. The purpose of these terms is to provide transparent and fair conditions for both parties, as well as to protect against loss of income resulting from late cancellations.

Supplementary Provisions

The cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the gross fee for the entire ordered service.

Fees exceeding 100% may be applied in cases where the cancellation occurs on extremely short notice, resulting in significant loss of income or preparatory costs.

The cancellation fee is always calculated based on the price specified in the contract and valid at the time of cancellation.

Acceptance of the cancellation terms is automatic upon signing the contract.

The cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the total service fee, based on the price valid at the time of cancellation.
6. Liability

The Service Provider always acts with the highest professional diligence, prioritising the safety and welfare of the dog.

The Service Provider is only liable for activities performed by themselves.

The Client is obliged to disclose all relevant information, including health status, medications, and behavioural issues, in advance.

The Service Provider does not assume liability for the outcome, duration, or prognosis of the therapeutic process.
7. Guarantee

No guarantee can be given regarding the duration or prognosis of therapy for a living animal with its own personality, as this would be contrary to professional and ethical standards.

The therapist’s aim is to provide the Client with a realistic overview of the expected time, effort, and financial investment, but due to the unique nature of each case, the process may differ from initial estimates.
8. Data Protection

The Service Provider treats all client and dog data confidentially and does not disclose it to third parties, except where required by law.
9. Final Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions form an inseparable part of the contract.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, with prior notice to the Client.

Further use of the service is conditional upon the service fee being received by the specified deadline. Please pay particular attention to timely payment.

Adhering to the payment deadline ensures the service can be provided at the requested time.
